What is momQ?
MomQ is a Christ-centered, mentor-led discipleship ministry that equips moms with biblical wisdom for everyday motherhood. Each week centers on a real question moms are already asking and explores it through Scripture, short teaching videos, and guided group discussion.
How does momQ work in a church setting?
Churches partner with momQ by licensing a series and offering it through mentor-led small groups. Each week includes a short teaching video and guided discussion guides, creating a simple and relational pathway into community and church life. Churches have flexibility in group size, meeting format, and scheduling while using consistent, biblically grounded content.
Is momQ a Bible study?
momQ is not a traditional verse-by-verse Bible study. It is a discipleship-focused mentoring experience that applies biblical truth to the real questions moms are navigating right now.
Who leads a momQ group, and how much preparation is required?
Groups are led by trained mentors. Women who desire to walk alongside other moms in faith. Mentors can be recruited from within your congregation or from the broader community. MomQ provides required training and ongoing support.
Preparation is intentionally simple. Each week includes a short teaching video and guided discussion guide. Mentors are not responsible for creating curriculum or teaching formal lessons. They facilitate conversation and walk alongside moms.
How long does a momQ series and license last?
Each momQ series runs 9–10 weeks, making them a natural fit for fall or spring ministry seasons.
Each series license includes 12 months of access to the videos and resources. Use of momQ materials is governed by a Church License agreement — materials are for use within your church group and may not be redistributed or shared outside that context. Full agreement available upon request.
What does it cost? Is there a fee per mom? What’s included?
