Today, many moms feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure how to raise their families in a culture pulling them in every direction. They long for a safe space to be real, ask meaningful questions, and grow spiritually.
That’s where you come in.
As a MomQ Mentor, you have the opportunity to walk alongside moms in your community — helping them discover peace, purpose, and confidence in Christ. Your “yes” has the potential to impact not only their lives, but generations to come.
What Does a MomQ Mentor Do?
You don’t need to be a teacher, expert, or Bible scholar — just a woman who loves Jesus and cares deeply for other moms. We provide the structure and resources so you can lead with clarity and confidence.
As a mentor, you will:
- Start and lead (or co-lead) a small group of moms through a MomQ series
- Facilitate grace-filled discussion using our prompts and leader guides
- Pray for the moms in your group and encourage them in faith
- Meet one-on-one with each mom at least once per series (simple + relational)
- Create a welcoming space for honesty, growth, and spiritual formation
You’re not doing this alone—we provide the training, structure, and tools to help you launch with confidence.
Here’s the Simple Path
- Submit the Mentor Interest Form (this doesn’t commit you—just starts the conversation)
- Approval + next steps from our team
- Mentor training (after approval) — required before you launch your first group
- Receive your Mentor Launch Kit + materials access
- Launch your group (home, church, or wherever moms can gather)
Mentor Training (After Approval)
Once you’re approved, we’ll send a recommended training path with several short videos and practical tools. Training is designed to be manageable, encouraging, and clear—so you feel prepared before you lead.
Training is required before you launch your first group.
Your Yes Can Change a Mom’s Story
There’s a mom who needs exactly what you have—your presence, your faith, and your willingness to walk with her. If you’re ready to explore mentoring, we’d love to connect.
