Between the chaos of daily life and the pressure to “do it all,” it’s easy to feel isolated or unsure of how to live out your faith in this season.
At MomQ, we believe God designed moms to grow best in community—learning, laughing, praying, and leaning on one another as we pursue Him together.
Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, MomQ offers a safe space to be real, ask honest questions, and receive encouragement rooted in biblical truth.

Testimonials
Real Moms. Real Growth.
“As a mentor mom, I am extremely grateful for the biblically-based lessons that are practical, relevant, and applicable to the moms who attend. The video content is presented clearly and the simplistic depth of the subject matter covered is appealing to those grounded in their faith as well as to those just getting started on their faith journey.”

Ready to Find Your People?
Whether you’re seeking encouragement, spiritual growth, or authentic friendships, there’s a MomQ community ready to welcome you.
Take the first step today. You don’t have to walk this season alone.
MomQ is not a program your church must manage—it is a resource and support system designed to strengthen discipleship among moms.
Not Sure Where You Fit Yet?
That’s okay. MomQ groups gather in a variety of ways. Groups are limited and vary by season, but we’ll help you find the best next step, local, virtual or a mentoring connection.
In-Person MomQ Groups
What is MomQ?
MomQ is a Christ-centered mentoring community where moms gather in small groups to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and receive encouragement rooted in biblical truth. Each gathering includes Scripture, a short video teaching, and honest conversation about real-life motherhood.
Is MomQ a Bible study?
MomQ is not a traditional Bible study. Rather than focusing on one book of the Bible, each gathering explores real questions moms are facing and applies Scripture in practical, life-giving ways.
What happens at an in-person MomQ gathering?
Groups meet weekly or biweekly in homes or churches. You’ll watch a short teaching video, reflect on Scripture, and participate in guided conversation designed to build connection and spiritual growth—no homework required.
Will I have to share personal things?
You’re encouraged to participate, but you’re always free to share at your own pace. Groups are intentionally designed to be safe, respectful, and confidential. Many moms begin by listening and open up as trust grows.
What happens after I fill out the connection form?
A member of the MomQ team will follow up to help you explore current or upcoming local groups and next steps. There’s no obligation—just a conversation to help you find the right fit.
Virtual MomQ Groups
What is MomQ?
MomQ is a Christ-centered mentoring community where moms gather in small groups to grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and receive encouragement rooted in biblical truth. Virtual groups offer the same relational experience—online.
Is MomQ a Bible study?
MomQ is not a traditional Bible study. Rather than focusing on one book of the Bible, each gathering centers on real-life motherhood questions and explores them through Scripture and conversation.
What happens in a virtual MomQ gathering?
Virtual groups meet online at a scheduled time. Each gathering includes a short teaching video, Scripture reflection, and guided discussion designed to build connection and trust—no preparation required.
Do I have to turn my camera on or talk?
You’re encouraged to participate, but you may share at your own pace. Many moms begin by listening or keeping their camera off until they feel comfortable. Our goal is to create a respectful, safe environment.
What happens after I fill out the connection form?
A member of the MomQ team will follow up to help you explore current or upcoming virtual group options and next steps. There’s no obligation—just a conversation to help you move forward.
