The Power of Christian Joy

Hosted By: Candace Nassar

Without the Holy Spirit, we’re not going to find the power of Christian joy. Are you looking for joy today? Worldly joy comes from the outside in. Many times we look for happiness in things like money, a bigger home, fancier car, vacations, and even certain friendships that might benefit our status, but Biblical joy is an internal by-product of a relationship with Jesus Christ. Joy is an attitude people adopt, not because of their circumstances, but because of their hope in God’s love and promise. It’s a deep contentment that’s in the Lord, based on trust in his sovereign care, even in hard times. Are you going through hard times and it feels like joy is out of reach? The power of Christian joy is available for you! Our newest MomQ Mingle with Candace and Annie is a great reminder that true joy is the result of spending time with Jesus. When we’re in His Word, and in relationship with Him, joy is the byproduct. Join us on the podcast and be encouraged to go to Jesus for your joy.
