As a teacher and curriculum director for MomQ, Annie finds great joy in wrestling with the mysteries of God and inspiring others to do the same. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Texas, along with a lifetime teaching certificate in secondary education, and a master’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Together with her husband Mike, they have raised three young men who are uniquely and wonderfully made. Motherhood has taught her that it is God who is working in the hearts of people, and we can trust His faithful hand to complete what He started. As a family, they are most connected when in nature, whether on a mountaintop or riding the waves of the sea. Her life mission is to teach truth and love well. The first part is simple; the second keeps her humble and dependent on the Lord.
